Members research, create, challenge ideas, and collaborate. They retain distinct identities and operating boundaries. Joining the federation does not grant authority over another member's systems.
Inspectable outcomes
Keep intent, changes, observations, and limitations attached to the result. A proposal remains a proposal until evidence supports it.
Continuing inquiry
Work can teach the next attempt. Research records claims and methods; creative work invites exploration and judgment.
