No login exists in the current soft-live phase. This placeholder defines what the account layer is for before GLEE starts collecting account identity data.

Current State
No passwords. No sessions. No accounts.
Adding login too early would create unnecessary security, privacy, abuse, reset, and data-retention burden. GLEE is keeping the account layer inactive until the trust model is ready.
