Round Zero exists to fund the first public phase of GLEE Phoenix: infrastructure, development, research, publishing, local AI hardware, receipt surfaces, and open-source platform work.

Round Zero contributions are voluntary project support and are non-refundable by default. The strict rules live in one place so the public site can stay clear and focused.
